  Fuel Transfer Pump Kits   

Save $$$  You don't have to buy the Chrysler 'in-tank' supply pump kit!!!
Keep a spare with you in case your original fails.  Especially important on the VP44 applications.                        

Effective in October 2006, Dodge no longer offered an external mounted fuel transfer pump for model years 2003-2004 common rail equipped engines as a service part.  Soon after, Cummins followed suit by discontinuing part number 4089602, leaving the installation of a Dodge in-tank fuel transfer pump module as the only OE option.  Alliant Power now offers AP4089602 Fuel Transfer Pump Kit that includes virtually the same pump as the former Cummins part number, plus installation hoses and hardware (shich eliminates the need to purchase a separate 3969705 hose when a pump with a non-removable inlet hose is replaced), and an inline fuel filter.  And, these products are covered by Alliant Power's 13 Month / Unlimited Mile/Kilometer Limited Warranty.  Click here to read the warranty terms.

1.  Core charges for Alliant Power injectors are listed above.

2.  Core Credit Qualifications
    a) Full Credit:  All cores in rebuildable condition; no major parts missing or damaged by force.  Full credit value is shown above.  Ship cores prepaid and be sure to insure with carrier for full core value.
    b) Scrap Credit: All cores not rebuildable due to damage by force or fire.  No credit will be issued for scrap units.  Scrap value is zero.
    c) Cores from vehicle or applications, which are not supplied by Alliant Power will receive no credit.
    d) Once cores are processed through our receiving station, individual units cannot be identified or returned.

3.  Core Return Packaging Requirements
    a) It is preferred that cores be returned in the original Alliant Power box.  It is not required that appropriate care has been taken to ensure that the injector will not leak into the box in which it is returned.
    b) For further protection of multiple core returns, it is required that the core boxes be placed in a suitable container to withstand the significant weight being transported. 

4.  Do not mix core and warranty injectors in the same shipment unless boxes are properly marked "warranty".  Core and warranty injector cores must be properly identified to receive proper consideration.

5.  Credit for your core returns will be issued as soon as possible after receipt.

6.  Cores returned must be on a "like-for-like" basis based on purchases.
