FUEL INJECTION SERVICE
Blue Ridge Diesel offers exchange pumps and injectors as well as factory
authorized complete remanufacturing of your fuel injection system. We began our
operation as a fuel injection repair facility back in 1952. We have the training,
experience, and equipment to repair or remanufacture your diesel fuel system. We
test and calibrate each fuel injection component to factory authorized specifications for
peak performance and long life. Along with our fuel injection repair, we offer
complete engine rebuilding and dynamometer testing to certify performance. If

The A.D.S. TechCert program has been developed in
cooperation with the National Institute for Automotive Excellence (ASE). The A.D.S.
is an international trade association dedicated to the highest caliber of service for
diesel fuel injection, governor and turbocharger systems. The association, with more
than 750 members in the U.S., Canada, Mexico and 38 other countries, has its headquarters
in Kansas City, MO.
Congratulations to our
newest ADS CertifiedMaster Technician, Dena Manchester! After
much dedication and hard work, Dena successfully completed all the requirements
and passed the tests each category to earn the award of CertifiedMaster
Technician. We are proud to have Dena working in our fuel shop, and
congratulate her on her sucess!
The Association of Diesel
Specialists is the worldwide diesel industry's leading trade association,
dedicated to the highest level of service on diesel fuel injection and related
systems. A.D.S. has over 700 corporate and individual members in the U.S.,
Canada, Mexico and more than 35 other countries.
The primary membership of A.D.S. consists of independent repair shops
(Service Members) specializing in diesel fuel injection, governor and
turbocharger service. Each Service Member is authorized by one or more of the
Association's Manufacturer Members, which are original equipment (OEM)
manufacturers of fuel injection equipment, governors, superchargers or
turbochargers. Other membership categories encompass manufacturers and
distributors of replacement parts and allied equipment, and post-secondary
schools offering programs in diesel mechanic training.

In April 2003, the Aftermarket section of Bosch Automotive Systems Corporation
(the former ZEXEL Corporation) was integrated into Bosch K.K. (RBJP), in
Yokohama. Bosch K.K. is now handling all the aftermarket business on behalf of
Bosch Automotive Systems Corporation. Bosch Automotive Systems Corporation is
concentrating on OEM (original equipment manufacturer) sales.
 Richard
Hill, our fuel injection shop manager has over 20 years experience
in the business. He manages a team of certified technicians who are interested in
customer satisfaction. These technicians have attended factory schools and gone on
to be tested by the Association of Diesel Specialists to achieve the
highest rating of service performance in the industry. They continue their
education through seminars and additional factory training sessions to stay abreast of
changes in the field. Each fuel injection component is thoroughly inspected and
evaluated for repair by our qualified shop personnel, and then tested with equipment
which meets rigorous quality control standards. From preventive maintenance repairs
to complete system overhauls, you can rest assured that our qualified personnel will
return your component to factory authorized performance specifications.
